Barry was born and raised right here in Victoria. He's happily married with 5 children and 5 grandchildren. He's served with the Oak Bay Police Force, Saanich Police Force, and was a member of the RCMP in BC, AB, and SK. He was also recruited to a legal publishing company and served as V.P. Divisional Publications. He loves being on the water and spending time with family!

Buzz was raised in Victoria but moved to Alberta in 1971. Although he spent 42 years as a golf pro, Buzz began as a caddy at Victoria Golf Club in the mid 50s. He was in the golf business until retiring in 2013. Buzz joined Victoria Harbour Ferry in 2014.

Linda had a lengthy career in policy development of social justice programs. She has been an avid sailor and racer most of her life and loves being on the water. Her role as dispatcher allows her to be part of the Victoria Harbour Ferry team supporting the dock staff and the captains in providing passengers from around the globe with the opportunity to experience the unique and historic features of the Victoria Harbour.

Post-retirement, Mary and her husband taught at International Schools in Thailand, Mauritania, China and Kazakhstan; but the many attractions of Victoria and The Island convinced this traveller to finally drop anchor - for most of the year. Mary is thrilled to be a part of the Harbour Ferry team.

He moved back to the coast in 2000 and spent many years exploring the BC and Alaskan coastline on his liveaboard boat. Paul loves photography, kayaking, fishing and exploring our amazing coastal .

Sam answered the call of the West in his retirement from the business world and has downsized to the vibrant city of Victoria. After a lifetime of boating the Muskoka Lakes and the St. Lawrence River in Ontario, he is thrilled to have joined the crew at Victoria Harbour Ferry in 2014. Sam truly enjoys sharing the history and stories of his wonderful new city.

After a lifetime of boating the Muskoka Lakes and the St. Lawrence River in Ontario, he is thrilled to have joined the crew at Victoria Harbour Ferry in 2014. Sam truly enjoys sharing the history and stories of his wonderful new city.

Sheila is excited to be working with Victoria Harbour Ferry. She was born in England and moved to Edmonton after finishing university. She spent over 20 years in Edmonton as an engineer before moving to Victoria in 2016. Sheila enjoys travelling and meeting people from all over the world.

Stan has 25+ years in the hospitality industry as an owner and operator in both restaurants and hotels. He's been messing around in boats for more than 50 years and is an avid sailor. He spent 2 years sailing to New Zealand and back, and he currently teaches sailing as well as driving the ferries in the summer.

Captain Tom Kirk was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland. He immigrated to Canada in 1968 where he embarked on an airline career of more than 30 years. Rumours of him spending time in a galaxy far far away are, to date, unproven. He and his wife moved back to the west coast to enjoy retirement and island living. He is eager to start a new chapter in his life with Victoria Harbour Ferry.

After 25 years of retail management, Wendy made the decision to leave her life of living on the water in the Kawartha Lakes to living in the Inner Harbour of Victoria. Traveling, the Toronto Blue Jays, friends and family keep her busy.
