The Fish Store at Fisherman's Wharf has opened the upper floor of our fish store and are now offering a variety of sushi made fresh on the premises all day long. They use only tuna and salmon harvested locally, and they process it right there on the wharf. Because they buy directly from the fisherman they realize a large cost advantage over competitors, and the have translated this into a higher quality product. They have been told by many of our customers that they have the best take away sushi in Victoria.
