I forgot to mention in my report that this afternoon Sam reported to me some very positive comments from Gorge Cruise passengers. Upon their return to the Causeway Floats they spent some time with Sam and spoke about their experience having been "Up The Gorge".  More specifically these folks wanted to convey to us how pleased they had been with the tour being given by Ed.  Indeed, in their words... "Ed gave them an excellent tour"

 

Too often we concentrate on the prospective negatives from customers and fail to highlight the strength of our skippers.  Thought you should be aware of this .
