A Very Happy Wedding Planner
“Wow!! Your Skippers did a great job for us...we were very impressed and they were so kind and helpful and made the night with their sense of humour. Everything went along so smoothly and I wanted to let you know that we are all very grateful for all you do to make that happen. Bringing the extra ferry on was a good call. I had the opportunity to talk with the Skipper of the large ferry and told him we really appreciated what he was doing for us...I hope they got a chance to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. I had to leave a little early but I know it was towards the end of the evening and off course there were lots of people leaving.
If you need someone to give your company and staff some well deserved praises let me know.”

A Happy Newly Wed Couple
Stephanie Green wrote... her wedding was on Newcastle Island on Saturday, August 8th. Because many of her guests were camping for the weekend they required access to ferry service from Friday night through Sunday morning. The ferry staff were absolutely unreal and we are so thankful to have the extra ferries. Please pass on a huge thank you to the Captains that were working on Friday and Saturday as everyone we dealt with was friendly and super helpful.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! We had such a great time and are so happy.

Happy Engagement… Happy Couple
Hi Barry,
I wanted to extend my appreciation and thanks to you and your team. This weekend we had a guest in the hotel Mr. Serra who proposed to his fiancé. Our concierge Carlo helped him set it up and part of it included a Harbour Ferry ride. Shirley on your team set it up with Captain Bruce who stayed open a little bit longer and gave them a romantic ride from the Empress dock to our hotel dock. I spoke to Mr. Serra today who was raving about their Victoria experience.
What wonderful team work to create another magical Victoria memory!
